How to get > or < sign in French keyboard

During Excel online session, 

Today I started with If statemnets and > = was needed to compare the condition 

However the candidate was having French keyboard, I could not find the solution ar that very instaant 

though I asked him to copy paste the sign 

How do french users use these logocal operators ?
